IUD pregnancies

For anyone that has been pregnant with an iud how did you find out? I don’t get periods. I just noticed my stomach has been sticking out further than normal and looks bigger and really bloated. I’m not gaining weight in the scale. I’m going to test tomorrow. I was just curious how the ones that did end up pregnant decide to test .
