Pacifier help

This is probably weird but I need advice on how to get my 3 month old to take a binky! He will constantly suck on his hands and choke himself or he just wants to nurse constantly.. I’m going nuts! I’ve tried 6-7 different brands and he won’t take ANY of them, he will suck for a second or two and then spits it out
