How many days after my period ends should I do an OPK?

I have a 32 day cycle.

Maybe even earlier than the box says because mine was always a little earlier than average so until I started testing like 6 days after my period I didn’t know exactly what my cycle did.  I suggest To start early for a couple cycles u til you have a good idea what your normal is :)

Based on a 32 day cycle, ovulation will occur on or around CD 18. So I would start opk’s from CD 12.
