how to cope with a broken heart

hi everybody, so I just got my heartbroken by my first love. I don’t know what I did for this to happen, I love him and it hurts so bad and I have him my all, literally. I lost my virginity to him and let him around my family, I’m just so hurt right now can anybody please give me some advice 😔
