Hi y’all,

I’ve had really bad cramps and back pain for about the past week but haven’t gotten my period. And this has happened for about the past 3 months.

I get cramps, think I’m gonna get my period but don’t for weeks. So I think my IUD has moved or gotten dislocated, I go in to have it checked and it’s fine.

Anyone know what could be going on? Maybe I’m crazy or paranoid but I think it could be ovarian cancer. Idk any help is appreciated, I’d just like someone else’s thoughts on it while I wait to go to the doctor
