2 months after postpartum check-up
Made my pre pregnancy weight 3.5months after giving birth (2 months after my check-up) the fastest I've ever bounced back and this was baby boy #3 I worked hard I was doing Fitbit challenges with friends sometimes getting 100,000 steps a day yes 💯 k! I was IF and cutting out carbs like bread and tortillas s and switching for lettuce or cheese (doing some lazy keto). I feel amazing I have a ton of energy and on my slow days I'm walking 40,000 steps. To all the mommies out there u can do this! U got this 💪🏼
