I have a very regular period. 27/ 28 day cycle. No cramps. Flow is regular and lasts 3 to 4 days. My period is 4 days late. About 2 weeks ago I had light pink to brown spotting it was only once when wiping. I took several tests one on the 23rd, again on the 26th then yesterday and this morning ALL BFN. Should I be concerned? Should I just wait a week longer? Should I schedule an appointment with the doctor? This is very strange for me.
