I've been talking to this guy for about a year now ( he is 18 and I'm 16).

Up until now we haven't been able to meet even though he lives an hour away because he is always busy.

(We planed planed to meet 4 times and something always came up)

In September he broke up with me because he said that he wouldn't be free until December. Still we were still talking every day and we still said "I love you" to each other.

December came and something came up again and he couldn't come. A day later I found out that he was talking to a girl (he didn't know that we were friends) about meeting her on the same weekend we were supposed to meet up. He also told her that he doesn't love anyone.

When I asked him about it he said that he thought that I wanted to "test" him.

(even though he was the one that slid into her DMs)

He said that he wanted to talk to me face to face about our relationship and he said that he would visit me in January...

I don't know what to do... Should I give him a chance? Should I move on?
