Extreme dizziness
Moving too much causing the entire room to spin and it’s so hard to settle. It’s not even getting up from a laying down position it is anything I do. I move from my side to my stomach and suddenly I can’t see and the entire room is spinning violently.
What am I supposed to do about this?? I feel silly for asking but should I go to the ER?
