Boy or Girl outfit?

I’m getting all my newborn babies clothes ready to wash before he gets here and I noticed this one had pink ears and cheeks. My husband said it looked like a girls outfit because of that but I think it’s too blue to be a girls outfit. It was a gift and I don’t know if I should go exchange it or just keep it. We’re having a baby boy lol.

I mean... male mice have pink ears too? I think it's neutral enough and won't be used for very long anyways. My son is wearing some of his sister's hand me downs and he doesn't care! 😜
