Starting Foods

I wanted to do only foods that I cooked and puréed myself. But in the town we live in, they have organic baby food... not organic normal foods.

So, I got the beachnut (?) organic apple to start off with. She’s had oatmeal already.

Does that sound good? I’ve heard so many different “you have to do it this exact way” that it’s making me anxious.

But, I mean I started with mashed potatoes and grits. Does it really matter as long as you keep it one at a time?
