miscarriage ?

this was in the toilet when i went and used the bathroom. i’m supposed to be 6 weeks. but i started cramping last night and today. cramping isn’t so bad at all right now but still bleeding when i use the bathroom and i bleed a little in my underwear. is this me miscarrying?
