You should wait the 3months /2 cycles after an ectopic to reduce the risks of another ectopic if you have had the injection it starves your body of folic acid so your at very high risk for disabilities and problems in your pregnancy . If you have had the op your body needs time to recover it’s not worth risking your other tube. 
Your period will come from 2-10 weeks post op if you had the injection it will come a few weeks after your levels turn to 0. 
 I had an ectopic in April tube removed in April I waited 2 cycles before ttc, we conceived first cycle and I’m now 21 weeks try not to stress! X
