At what stage of pregnancy were you when your partner was able to feel baby move ?

Ive been feeling baby move for the past weeks already with his movements getting stronger. I put my hand over where I feel him and I swear I can feel him on my hand but when my partner puts his hand over my belly, baby will either stop moving or only move small enough where he can’t feel him.

I’m currently 23 weeks. Is it to early for someone to feel the baby move from the outside ??
