Difficult Pregnancy..

Okay guys I went to ER today because I was having light bleeding and major cramping and I’m 15 weeks pregnant.. I called after hours nurse before going and they suggested ER. Anyway, they did a sono and told me I have something called “Posterior Placenta”.. Which is causing some bleeding and cramping. I have a little info about it but not a lot. If anyone has had this, can you please give me info and the outcome?? I’m freaking out a little bit!
