Bottle past 12 months?

My daughter is 13, almost 14 months old and still relies heavily on formula bottles (6oz always). Her daycare moved her up to the next age group starting January 14th and they don’t allow bottles. Is anyone else’s children still relying on bottles? She eats a good amount of fruits, veggies, snacks, and meat but once she is done eating (she says up, up, up constantly until we get her out of high chair) she snarfs down 6oz bottle. She refuses it in a sippy cup. I have tried just not giving her any bottles, but then got worried she wasn’t eating enough calories. She has a doctor appointment in 2 weeks and I will ask if she is consuming enough without milk.
