My babygirl just turned 9 months on the 27th and she just got her teeth about a week ago and developed a fever early Thursday morning and luckily she had a check up that day her temp was at first 101 but went down to 99 and and we've been rotating medicine ( motrin, tylenol) we've been doing nasal spray and she's been ok been eating and popping good but now I'm seeing she is getting more teary eyed and is having a lot of eye boogers??? Idk the pediatrician is closed so I'm just trying to stay ahead and make sure everything is ok... any advice ladies?
