Cold medicine safe for breastfeeding?

Alright y'all, woke up with a cold this morning. Are there any cold medications for congestion specifically that are safe for breastfeeding and won't affect supply? My head feels like it's full of cotton 🥴

I did lemon/honey/fresh ginger tea and raw honey mixed with chopped garlic and cayenne to help while I was sick.
