Movement?!?

This baby is stressing me out. I'm 30 weeks now, and since he started moving, he always is either moving a ton or is completely still. I'll pass a few kick counts a day and take less than half an hour every time, but then take huge 4 or 5 hour breaks where I don't feel much of anything! Already been in for an NST and ultrasound and everything is perfect, but I can't help but worry constantly. Anybody else have a baby like this??

It's really normal. Baby is sleeping during those low movement moments. Pick the most active time of day to count kicks. For me, it's usually after eating or right before bed.

🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️ I kinda panic a little which I know isn’t good but I just relax and play some music and kinda poke my belly a little sometimes she kicks right away sometimes I think I have to wake her up but eventually she kicks me back and it reassures me she’s okay

Your baby has active periods and will definitely move a lot more during those times. In your 4-5 hour breaks you're probably up and about. When you're active the motions rock and soothe baby, he/she may not be as active then.

My little one sleeps during the day while I'm moving about with my toddler..... Then at 8pm....when I sit and rest..... She wakes up and starts kicking then all the way up til I go to bed between 10/11pm.

Keep in mind baby’s sleep. Also, during an ultrasound the tech said oh the baby’s moving great and I didn’t feel every movement like I did before. Meaning the baby is moving and you might not feel it. Don’t overthink it!

Normal! I went in a lot with my first because of worry over movement. It was so hard. I’m a little more chill about it this time because I know it’s normal to go a few hours without feeling much or anything (and because I don’t have an anterior placenta blocking half the movement this time, thank goodness). Always go in if you feel you need to, but as long as you feel at least 3 active periods a day, you’re probably just fine.

I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and my son is like that. Today he waited until about 3 to start moving alot.
