Has anyone got/had psoriasis in their toe nails?!

Too embarrassed to post a picture even when I’ve posted anonymously 😖

I’m young (27) and have forever been self conscious about my toe nails. They look like they have a fungal infection (google it) thick yellow raised disgusting. 5 out of the 10 are affected. Have seen a podiatrist and she gave me gordochom solution nail polish to kill it but on second app said she thinks it looks like psoriasis and there might not be a cure for them 😭😭😭

It’s seriously on my mind 24/7 when I have open shoes on. Can’t wear nice heels or thongs because of it. I don’t think my partner has even seen them up close and we’ve been together for 8 years 😶😶

Someone please help me.

I’m in Australia also if that makes a difference.
