Bloat? 12 weeks. Need help

I’m 12weeks tomorrow and for two days now my stomach has been rock hard and bloated.
1) is this normal? I went to hospital for the pain thinking it was originally bladder pain. They told me the baby is fine and it isn’t my bladder.
2) how can I remove the bloat? I’ve taken gas tablets and laxatives as I haven’t used my bowels for 5 days.
I feel huge and gross. It hurts to move and touch
