No line progression in 24 hours

Chelsea • Mon, Dec 30 • Miscarriage warrior (x4) Mama to a beautiful baby girl born November 2020.

After 3 miscarriages I’m obviously very concerned. I don’t seem to have any line progression in 24 hours. I know of course it takes 48 hours for HCG to double but this seems like no increase? Am I heading for a chemical? Top is 13dpo. Today is 14dpo.
