Strong let down- mucusy poo?

We have been trying to figure out why my 8 wk old has mucus in her poop for awhile now. We had her tested for a milk/soy allergy and it came back as a trace. So I cut out dairy and soy about 5 weeks ago.. but we still have mucusy diapers. 
I’m wondering if it may be caused by a strong let down? Maybe she’s getting too much foremilk?

It can take up to 2 months for all the dairy to be out her system. Could also be soy. Soy is hidden in almost every processed food on the market. The only true way to avoid it is eat only what you cook yourself. You have to read every label and look for other names. Google hidden soy and you'll get a list of stuff to look for. Things like natural flavors glycerin xanthan gum and lactic acid all need to be avoided.
