So for the last 2 days I've had a really sweet taste in my mouth that all the way down my throat. I heard this happens in early pregnancy, but im 21 weeks. Nothing I do rids the slimy sweet taste and it's starting to make me nauseous. Any tips? Tried mouthwash, brushing my teeth multiple times, and even eating peppermint. Nothing is helping and I wanna make sure it's not a symptom of something more serious
