Please read needs input please I’m begging

So I have seen an obgyn, at the time my periods was regular every 33 says; my last period i had to wait 59 days for af, this time 55 days and barely spotting... two months of this. And I just want my second baby. $100 in pregnancy test for two months. I have an appointment in 10 days to see obgyn, what do you imagine they will do or say
