Is this a cold sore?!?!

This past couple weeks, my so’s grandma had a cold sore, my grandfather had one. They both kept kissing my daughter even against my knowing. When I found out they said they weren’t cold sores. I mean I can’t be 100% sure they were but?? Now I have one. I havent kissed her, I wash my hands. But she keeps sneaking in kisses to my face and putting her fingers in my mouth. I can’t make her stop she just suddenly grabs my mouth and I don’t see it coming. She’s 15 months. I really didn’t want her to get herpes like I had to.. I’m so upset. She’s had pimples there before but now that we have cold sores, I think it must be one. Does it look like a cold sore?? What should I do? Would she need to see a doctor? She’s fifteen months old

Sorry her nose was runny she just got finished having a tantrum lol so runny nose and tears.
