Positive pregnancy tests buuut
My tubes are tied?
I keep having this week very very detailed and vivid dreams of getting positive pregnancy tests not like one test like 5-10 test per dream . Then telling my husband and us being extremely surprised and confused bc my tubes are tied 😂😂 any one else deal with this or any insight as to why my brain keeps doing this lol
