Best lotion for dry skin?

My 3 month old has some pretty dry skin all over! (Not eczema) I’ve been using baby Aveeno but it’s not really doing much. Anyone recommend any other lotions that have helped with your baby’s dry skin??

I use baby oil for my sons massage every night and he hasn’t had any dry skin, 
Child’s farm baby moisturiser is also a must have in my house hold! I haven’t used it on my son yet (but have used childs farm nappy cream) but my daughter has really bad eczema but since I have used childs farm baby moisturiser on her we haven’t had a flare up of eczema in 7 months! I won’t even go to the doctors now because what they were prescribing worked for a few weeks and then she would have a flare up again!

Are you breastfeeding? I use breastmilk on my babies skin and any dryness she had (there were some pretty big patches on her legs and behind her ears lol) has cleared up super quick.

Eucerin baby and a balm of Amazon, my baby skin was the, honestly it has to do a lot with bathing him, because I bathe this baby a lot my oldest used to be bath 2 a week and never have any problem, I tried all the organic balms and creams, plushie one with chemicals the only one that works is eucerin for eczema and he has not eczema only stubborn dry skin patches.  all lotions leave a nice skin after bath but next morning feels like a scab, so Anita's Balm of Amazon heal all those patches and eucerin, the anita's balm works like magic first day I applied after every diaper change, next day only after his bath and his skin is back to normal, soft and silky baby skin.
