Way exceeds the weight and height limit for that swing.  I imagine anyone putting a child that big in that swing knows that though and is willing to take on the risk that it may tip.

No. Regardless of the weight limit (which he most likely exceeds) swings and similar products are not safe for babies who can sit up on their own. He could easily sit up and have the whole thing tip over. Not to mention this incline angle is not safe for sleep.

Absolutely not 😂😂 this isn't a safe product for babies in general. But once they're rolling and/or sitting up (which I'm positive your 1-year-old is doing), they cannot be in any sort of swing like this. It says so right in their instruction manual. Not to mention he definitely exceeds any weight limit on it as well. This is completely unnecessary and actually kind of ridiculous to see. He should be sleeping in his crib.

He looks way too big for it. I quit using a swing at 5 months with my daughter because she exceeded the weight limit. She’s 2 now and we got her one of these that way she still has her own seat.

If your little one can get in and or if it fine the sure . Honestly kids love to use things they should as long as your closely monitoring your child then use at your own discretion. My 9 year old used to sit in my sons swing like that when he outgrew it 😂she didn’t die or get hurt

You should be able to google the style and see what she and weight it fits. We found out the one we got my 17.5 lb daughter is no longer allowed to use.

I would check the weight and height limit. Most of those swings goes up to about 25 pounds.
