Starting solids
Got the go ahead to start introducing solids today from the Pediatrician. He said to start slow and introduce a new food every 3-4 days to pinpoint any possible allergies. I got some organic oatmeal baby cereal to mix with breast milk and formula that I want to try spoon feeding to her. Should I try that and then wait a few day’s to introduce a veggie or can I do a veggie at the same time? Was going to try mashed peas first.
Any tips or recommendations for starting solids are welcome!
