Siblings do not get along

Does anyone else have an age gap of 5 years between kids? I have two boys, 6 year old and 1 year old and they constantly fight. Is this just me? I know by 1 year old doesn’t quite get how to share but my 6 year old throws a fit when he even looks at him while playing.
