Stomach virus and bleeding
Currently dealing with the misery of the stomach virus. Sorry this is TMI but when I wiped and saw the toilet paper there was just a sliver of blood. I am almost 20 weeks. I have not had any other bleeding or spotting so I’m not sure if this is from the stomach virus or if something else is going on. Has this happened to anyone else?
