Is it wrong of me quitting?

The reason why I'm quitting is because I haven't been paid since two weeks of working there.

Later I found out they messed up my whole entire pay stub from my name, address, to my account number. I've called and messaged my manager, the owner, and the secretary about it.

Which the manager and the owner blamed each other for the mistake to the owner telling me that the number looked like a different number which is why he mistaken it and put it in wrong. But the owner told me I have to pay $60 for them to reenter it the right way. It was my fault that my number 6 looked more like a 0.

I don't see why I have to pay for their mistake. I've called and emailed them with no response afterwards.

I've also haven't been having a pleasant experience at work. I've just started and my manager would tell me making mistakes are ok. But I would get yelled at for making any mistakes even if the mistakes weren't mine.

I've was also told that there would be more hours but their haven't been. And its just costing me gas and money for this job.
