Here's a useful article I found the other day that better explains how gender is determined at the 18-20wk ultrasound. I hope it helps clarify a little. I know it did for me!

Unfortunately, your little one looks like they moved right as this still image was snapped. Even with the blur I *think* this looks like a girl. I'm pretty bad at guessing though. So, don't take my word for it!
