8mo baby using me as a pacifier at night!

My back hurts soooo much. I have small boobs so I have to lay on my side when my baby girl breast feeds throughout the night. I co sleep and I swear every 30 minutes she wants to be back on the nipple and tries to look for it and cries and fussed when she doesn’t have it. When I try to replace my breast with a pacifier she screams blooooody murder and if I fall asleep with my boob in her mouth it pools in her mouth/throat and she randomly chokes on it.

I’m kinda exhausted not really. But the pain in my back every morning hurts sooo much from laying on my side and not being able to move
