How long does it take for your boobs to refill?

I’ve gotten where I only pump twice a day, once the morning and once a night. I don’t have any milk saved but I would like to start a stock pile. My question is, if I pump and 10 minutes later my. Baby is hungry do I need to give her the milk I just pumped or will get enough through the breast?

I've pumped my breasts until 'empty' and then 2 minutes later my little one would wake up hungry. I was concerned I wouldn't have enough milk but he was able to feed. I even pulled him off the breast midfeed to check if there was actually any milk, and got squirted in the face. Gave me a bit of a peace of mind that he'll be fine.
Just make sure you drink alot of water, that'll help with milk supply. Days where I havent had much water, I could only get 40mls of milk not matter how much I pumped.

My LC says to pump within a half hour of the previous feeding so that you have enough milk for the next feeding.  If baby is hungry less than an hour after pumping, then nurse off both breasts and give some of the pumped milk if baby is still hungry after that.
