Fever
Sons temp was at 100 at 5 pm yday. Gave some Tylenol. Checked this morning he’s at 101 now. Gave him some Tylenol about an hour ago and now he’s napping. If the fever is the same or higher should I go to doctor. I’m a first time mom and this is his first fever ever. He also has a runny nose.
