Destination wedding?

Hello!! I just got engaged over the holidays which was a huge surprise ! Me and my bf have been together 4 years and have a 1 year old daughter together. We both aren’t really wedding people. Neither of us like being the centre of attention and the idea of a huge wedding stresses us out. If we have a wedding locally it would be on our farm yard and it would end up being a big wedding with 200 people. And it would be an immense amount of work and money. And it sounds more stressful then anything to be honest. I’ve been to many farm yard weddings under the big tent and they’re beautiful and fun but it’s a huge amount of decisions and planning and prep for a day. And I mean the idea of being the centre of attention and all that stresses us out. So we’ve been toying with the idea of having a destination wedding. Going to an all inclusive resort, having a small wedding on the beach with only close friends and family. We’ve been to many all inclusive resorts but never for a wedding. Has anyone had a destination wedding or been to one? What did you like and what didn’t you like? How did you transport you wedding dress? Did you find the process stressful? Any regrets? Any info would be appreciated. Also any ideas on how to incorporate our daughter into the wedding? She’ll be 2 when we get married is that too young to be a flower girl? Any other ideas. Also do you think it would cause me regret if I don’t plan a big local wedding? I’m just at a loss for what to do.
