hi so i’ve been checking my cervix throughout my cycle and i noticed it was hard right after my period, and during ovulation it did become soft and high but now it’s four days post ovulation and it’s still very soft and maybe a little lower....

i feel like i have a soft cervix the majority of the time... even when it was mid follicular phase it was soft...

i’m taking my bbt and following other bodily symptoms like my breasts are sore so that usually happens to me when ovulation passed and i’m now in the luteal phase.. but my cervix still being soft and high is making me confused.

(i’m using FAM to prevent pregnancy, so along with bbt i’m tracking my cm as well as cervix position)

i’m just confused and wondering if anyone else experiences a soft cervix days after ovulation already happened.
