Milk bath maternity shoot

Have any of you ladies done a milk bath shoot ? Any tips that can help me out when is the best time to do so how far along ? & what did you use to make the bath milky iv heard different things. Thank you 💕

I did one for a boudoir shoot. My photographer used real milk from the jug.We plan on doing another for my maternity shoot which she wants to do around 35 weeks

I like powdered milk better! It makes the bath more opaque!
