Woman is on her birth control patch 'off week', its nearing the new patch week but she still has a couple days before that starts. She hadn't started her period yet during the off week. Woman and her man have intercourse and her man ejaculates inside woman. Afterwards, woman goes to the bathroom and her period starts immediately.
