We propped them in Boppy pillows (we used the Boppy loungers until they could fit in the pillows) side by side and fed them that way.

I looked into it but for what it cost we decided to go with a multifunction swing/bouncer chair. The chair detached from the swing and was basically the same as the table for 2. The cost of our double swings that they used for the first year was the same as the Table for 2 that wouldn’t not have lasted us long at all. What we did worked best for us because it grew with them and vibrated, played music, and was swing. What we quickly discovered was after about 4-6 months their separate personalities came out and one twin preferred something over the other. Essentially this would have only worked for us for feedings only at the early stages. We used the high chairs as early as possible to get them trained. Our high chairs also grow with them from infant to toddler/booster chair. Our twins are 21 months now and we got our monies worth out of everything since we tried to do “grow with me” things as much as possible.
