Confused about my dates, still bleeding, words of advice please

Hello Ladies,

I am just confused, I went to an ER after experiencing bleeding and was told I was 5 weeks and 2 days (past thursday) and did sonogram and transvaginal and everything was okay, sac/heartbeat etc.. present, now I went to a OBGYN visit today, and was told I am 4 weeks and 5 days, and they do not see that that that much, they did a sonogram abdominal only and they see like a cyst like sac structure and I am still bleeding; the doctor office took my urine test and they told me I am postive for pregnancy, the doctor office drew my blood and want me to come for 2 weeks to check my levels, right now I feel confused, sad and just I just do not know what to do, anyone experience this before?
