Weight Loss When Pregnant
I am 9 weeks pregnant and feeling great, however, I am carrying around about 10 lbs more than I would like to be. I am not overweight, but I had intended to get in shape after a miscarriage in September and did not expect to get pregnant again so quickly. Is it safe for me to be trying to lose weight by increasing movement and exercise and eating healthy foods but less calories than usual or should I just be focusing on maintaining my weight at this point?
