I’m doing the body awareness since July/2019. It’s being effective although I have irregular cycle. The basal temperature and Billing’s Method combined can show when you’re ovulating so you don’t have unprotected sex in that period. No pregnancy for me so far and sticking to this method that has no side effects.

I had side effect with IUD and pills but IUD was u bearable. At least with pills you can switch easily to find the one that works best
