I stumbled upon an article talking about a lot of women using menstrual cups to conceive. Apparently women have been spreading the “technique” through word of mouth and forums like this.

I was just talking to my husband about it and since I use menstrual cups anyway for my regular period, why not use them to try and conceive?

Apparently one of the methods is to have your partner ejaculate in the cup and then insert it as directed. Another method is to have sex just like you normally would and then insert the cup immediately afterwards, essentially trapping the sperm right at the cervical opening.

I’m MORE THAN interested, and like I said; we’re going to give it a go after my period this month.
