Clot-6 weeks

Hello ladies,

Need some thoughts. Ive been spotting brown for 1.5 days and today bleeding red. Also passed a nickel size clot. Could this be miscarriage?? Spoke to dr office , have us this week but nothing they can really do. Wondering if anyone had this and still went through pregnancy??
