Our sons butt was fine yesterday. No rash. We’ve been eating LOTS of yogurt. It’s the only thing he’s been willing to eat besides his milk (he doesn’t want that either, really). His poops have been either watery, or tar like and you have to practically scrape it off his butt. Today we were changing his diaper and his entire buttcrack plus the actual anus was bright red and it looked like it had been ‘scraped’ with slight blood. We’ve never had diaper rash before. I limited his yogurt today majorly to see if that changes his poop. We blow dryed his butt and put a little ointment on plus baby powder. Is there anything else we can do? I did give some Tylenol as well, since he seemed uncomfortable.
