I lose pieces until labor. At the beginning of labor it really increases. But i dont have a bloody show until im around 3cm

Just like your water doesn't have to break before labor start, you don't have to loose the mucus plug. Your mucus plug is pretty irrelevant in terms of when you go into labor.
