Who all did you invite to your gender reveal?

I’m having mine in 2 weeks (eeek!) and am still contemplating who to invite. I have a large family but my husband does not.
Is it normal to invite extended family like aunts, uncles, cousins, who are in town? Or just immediate fam like parents, sibs, grandparents?
If we invited every family member we were close with it would be like 60 people and I don’t want to put that on my mom who’s planning and feeding everyone!

You just invite immediate family and some close friends. The baby shower is for everyone else

It's your party. Invite who you want! We are having an open house. So if you know where we are hosting and you have the day free, come by! It's not a catered affair, no one is bringing gifts, so the more the merrier. Bring yourself, bring a dish, have some fun.

Keep it small. Everyone will know the gender by word of mouth anyway. Our will be feb 1 and it will be parents, siblings, each picked a close friend. The baby shower is for everyone else to celebrate the baby.

We only invited who we felt like we were close enough to want to share that moment with. So that included parents and siblings and some aunts and uncles/cousins, grandparents etc. I think it was like 30 people. We invited more extended family to the baby shower.
